Losing fats

Now please do not skip meals. All meals are very important for you to have enough energies to carry out all activities and to heal your body in anyway required.

You can cut down your food portion but never eat less. A standard 75% full will be good.Take full healthy meal for breakfast to start a wonderful day.{never skip breakfast}. Take standard lunch. If you are an outdoor person who have lots of activity during day time. Eat abit more may more fruits or veges. {divide your portions of food into few portions and 2 hours per serve if you are going advance.This is a method to max your fats burning and keep yourself energized.But I would not want you to take these steps without consultation from professional nutritionist.}. Dinner is expect to 3 hours before sleep or earlier.Best not later then 8. You can eat lesser in this meal. Since less activity will come. Take like 70% of your food. If you chiong at night then take more but don't take suppers. Once in awhile as treats is fine but you have to work it out next day.

Ok for energies part, it is extremely import to keep your energy level high as the first few parts, I have shown the way of food consumption in order to provide enough energy to do the next thing to come.

Now it's exercise and surely thats not stranger to everyone right? Usually we felt powerless and tired easily when we talks about exercise. Because your body doesn't have enough strength seems it might be ages you last did a standard exercise. But now it means you have to restart everything again, but with a motivated and fun ways to keep it up and on going.

Choose the right exercise you would feel enjoying and become a routine. I hate jogging myself so I don't choose that to burn down my fats and increasing energy, because you will never do things you don't enjoy for long.Take up an exercise you preferred and like. Best starts from your hobby or you are good at. As long as you going out and never sit there, you are building up and improving.

Don't care about what other's says of what exercise burns the most fats or whatever. Weight losing in a healthy and successful way takes time and no shortcut will bring you there.It is the lifestyle you must change and it is not going to be fast positive appearance of results. But I can promise you will look much better, positive energy flows through you and you are stronger, healthier and at your peak to do everything and anything. Your fats fearing problem will not bother you again and you will definitely get what you want.

If you like swimming, then go, Like badminton? Go. Try out new sports if you are able. Well i know aerobic type of sports is very effective to burn down fats but it is very tired at first and if you do not have good stamina, Take them few months after you been in your own sports.

Now you should make plans and schedule for your exercise routine as its best to exercise at least 3 times per week. best is 5 times and let your body gets enough rest. Duration should be at least 30 mins, best is 1 hour but if you enjoy your sports then you sure wont mind do more. Just don't over done yourself. 2 hours should be good enough to stop.

Now comes rest, the most important after a long tired day. Rest is so important that if you dont get enough of it. you will become fat! Really, no joke...Your body have proteins or whatever that are just assigned to burns your fats. If you don't give them rest, do you think they can work hard? Nope haha, no need to think.

So standard 8 hours of rest is best for you and sleeping time should be no later then 12am.If you really am busy then 6 hours is the minimum amount of time you must rest. Any lesser, you will be torturing your body and well simply temporary lost of IQ and suffer short term memories. It can be long term IF you constantly doesn't have enough sleep.

Oh most importantly if you have smoking, drinking habits. Please give them up. Continue damaging your poor healing body goes against all laws of healthiness. A little drink of alcohol makes you less tense and relief but daily alcohol of {one cap cup } is best for body,but not a mug or even a jug or more. Simple, your body uses your liver to break all substance down, but your liver is not superhero so there are things it can't break down but absorbing them. Liver Can't Break Down Alcohol and the more you drink, the more it tries to absorb and there, years later Liver hardened. Bad thing is liver is one of some organs that can't repair, never heal itself.
